Matcotools.com will accept returns of any tools still under warranty for repair or replacement. Products that you wish to return for a refund which were purchased from a distributor must be returned to that distributor.
Can I return something I bought online to my distributor?
No, but the Matco Franchise distributor may accept your warranty tools for repair or replacement. They are not obligated to process refunds for tools that were purchased online.
