If the information provided below is found to be false and the undersigned does not qualify for the Technical Education Program, Matco reserves the right to adjust the sale price of the tools purchased to full list price, and to charge the undersigned's account the resulting price differential.
Matco Tools Technical Education Program is designed solely for the use & benefit of full-time students. The undersigned certifies that he/she currently qualifies at the vocational school indicated below, and that all purchases made from Matco Tools through the Technical Education Program are for his/her personal use.
Misuse or abuse of the program may affect, at the discretion of Matco Tools, the availability of this program to the individual and his/her fellow students.
