Aviation, we put you in control of your kitting solution, to keep you in control of your operations. We’re flexible
to design and develop kitting solutions for both large and small operations, based on the needs of one Aviation Technician
or an entire hanger.
Defender Configured Tool Kits
We also offer specialty application kits, containing tools to handle a variety of aviation-specific jobs. All kits come
with pre-configured foam and quality, professional Matco Tools. All of our F.O.D. Defender Kits can also be customized with
configured foam layouts made to your preference. The kits listed below feature 2 pallets; we can create and supply 4, 5
and 6 pallet Defender Bags complete with Matco Tools. All of our pre-configured kits feature application specific tools along
with Hi-Visibility sockets, Pro-Swing Ratcheting Wrenches and Top Torque Screwdrivers.

Defender Bag Kitting
Our most portable storage solution, the Defender soft-sided bag can be custom kitted with 2, 4, 5 or 6 pallets. The Defender
line-up features a durable construction that is resistant to aviation fluids, along with clear plastic removable pallet holders
to secure a wide variety of tools.

LVSRTC6 - This 6-drawer Tuff-Tech tool chest has recessed handles and padlocks that loop and hasp. Drawers are injection molded from polypropelene for long life. The drawers are housed in a strong aluminum space frame contained within the roto-molded shell.

Toolbox Set-Building and Kitting
Matco delivers the best stationary storage and set-building programs available. The combination of a Matco box - either our
ProFormance or highly customizable 5S Series - with our line-up of innovative tools provides the Aviation Technician with the
most efficient, productive workstation. And with our complete FOD control program, you get unmatched flexibility, whether we're
supplying one box or 500. The foam inlay can be customized from color to layout depending on storage needs. Our set-building
program includes kits featuring our innovative tools - up to 1,000 pieces per set.
Tuff Tech Case Kitting
These cases are mobile, tough and are available in both 4 and 6 drawer kitting solutions. They are impervious to aviation fuels,
hydraulic oils and other commonly used chemicals in the aviation maintenance environment. Our Tuff Tech cases can be outfitted
with foam and configured to your custom specifications designed to prevent FOD.
LVSRTC-4TW - The 4-drawer, wheeled Tuff-Tech tool chest has unique features that make this the tool chest of choice. It boasts a strong, thick-walled roto-molded construction. It's safe with its widely spaced wheels giving greater stability. It's easy to use because of its single handed opening and closing operation. Up to 50 lbs. of tools can be safely and conveniently housed in its four drawers. Generous compartments are in the top for stowing other items and securing valuables.
