Loose head! I received this hammer with a loose head and had to add another wedge. I think if you pay $50 for a hammer, it should come tight and in perfect working condition. For another $20 you can get a Snap On which are better in my opinion. Also, the handle just seems way too thick and is uncomfortable to hold. I'm going to go back to Snap On... Just my two cents....
