Not very reliable I bought this gun from my distributor and within the second day i had to send it because the internal trigger assembly got stuck. within 4 months the grip is falling apart and gun has no power compared to the first day i used it. Overall, i wish i didnt buy this gun. September 19, 2012
The best 3/8" known to man!!!! I was the first in my tool man's area to get this gun so he wanted me to give some feedback. At first looking at the trigger area I was a bit skeptical thinking I was going to somehow easily break it. I've dropped it many times and crammed it in some really tight spaces working on these Hondas and its held its own quite well. I actually used it so often I finally broke the anvil on it, and as usual Matco saved me with a great repair. I would never trade this gun for another, it is by far the best little impact I've ever own, it's extremely strong and I swear has more torque than my 1/2" at times. January 1, 2012

Best 3/8 impact I have owned! I have used this impact more than I use my 1/2" gun. It may be small but is more powerful than some of the 1/2" guns I have owned over the years. It's nice and small which makes it easy to fit in tight spaces. Everybody in my shop wants to buy one and they steal mine to use every chance they can. February 15, 2012
best 3/8" impact on the market love this little impact theres not much this little guy cant take apart or break apart. I buy all my tools from matco and traded in my old 3/8" impact that i only had for a year on this one. I like how u can switch sides for forward and reverse and power buttons but sometimes the buttons just slide off on there own over all though it is an excellent product and will continue buying all my products from matco November 17, 2011
THIS PRODUCT DOES THE JOB EASIER WHEN I PURCHASE THIS IMPACT WRENCH I THOUGHT IT WILL NOT MEET MY STANDARDS, BUT IT DID I USE THE GUN TO LOSEN AND TIGHTEN THE WHEEL LUG NUTS AND ALSO USE IT IN HARD TO REACH PLACES AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THE GUN. THE WEIGHT AND TORQUE OF THE GUN MAKES IT SO EASY TO USE AND EASY TO CONTROL, I'LL WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GUN TO ANY ONE. December 5, 2011

Best 3/8" Impact out there! I use this impact everywhere! It has Taken quite a load off my 1/2" impact. I've owned mine since 2004. Like other techs, I also use it to take lug nuts off. Spins 'em off so fast that sparks sometimes fly! Lightweight heavy duty impact, won't wear you out using this one! Never given me any problem! December 10, 2011
