This Product is poorly designed. I own this tool and it does NOT get the job done! Its weak and won't extend long enough to retract the the pistons in most ford calipers April 5, 2013
product is disapointing tool does not have enough power to compress piston. No more power than a 12 dollar tool from the parts store December 31, 2011
Works well when it works right. Have had a problem with the trigger not resetting when needing to squeeze it more than once when compressing a piston. The plates have some play in them so they flex and cause the pistons not to be pushed in straight, or at an angle, which cause them to jam. Then have to reset and reposition the tool to get everything straight again. September 5, 2011
works great works great you only need one tool to do single double and quad piston calipers. easy to use and fast October 25, 2011
