Owned this set since 1995, never have broken a socket yet I bought this set when I started my career, working on automotive and small engines. I have worked for a golf course, landscape company, rental company, heavy duty truck shop, and three road construction companies. I never have broken or worn out a single socket no matter ratchet length or size of impact gun, that includes being used on my three quarter inch drive eleven hundred foot pound torque impact gun and a twenty-four inch long half inch drive ratchet (takes a couple of adapters, that's why they make them). I recommend the purchase of this set over any other set to new guys, they will last a long time, and they are the best sockets I have ever purchased. I use at least one of the sockets out of the set each day and have been since I purchased them sixteen years ago. They are my go to sockets when all other brands large drive andratchet thicker wall sockets fail me. December 21, 2011
