Easy to install and use This size shelf is hard to find. I mounted it to my tool box. This was not made for my tool box but it mounted easily. It has a lip that alows it hang on the side of a cart. I had to bend the lip so I could close the lid on my tool box. The price was good and it shipped to my door in a few days. Very happy. April 25, 2013
