Very Durable, Very Functional ! This scanner is made to take on a mechanic shop enviroment, it's hard to break it. I have had my x-431 over 2 years and comparing to Genesys, Auto Boss, and Verus, it does more and costs less. The only reason why it did not get 5 stars from me is, that the software really falls short when it comes down to FORD. On the other hand it is very powerfull on all the other makes of vehicle in America, specially european imports. If you want a powerfull scanner for imports, then "x-431 TOOL" is what you need.
