Product Returns


To return a product through matcotools.com you must first Register as a user. You can then Login.

Once registered and logged in, returns can be processed and a Return Good's Authorization (RGA) can be accessed through the Your Account link in the upper right corner of any matcotools.com page.


30 Day Limited Return Policy

Right now — for our Internet customers* only (*excludes Commercial accounts) — Matco offers a 30-day return on most products.
Items marked as non-refundable cannot be returned for refund but can be exchanged if defective.
If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days, return the product for a refund as long as product is marked eligible for return.
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) required for return.
Matco pays return shipping costs.
Credit for original order amount (less original shipping costs) will be applied to customer's credit card.

Warranty Returns
(for internet and distributor purchases alike.)

All products are covered under same warranty.
Any products returned must have an RGA number.
Customer pays return shipping cost to Distribution Center.
Matco will ship replacement product (or similar product) to customer at no charge.
When a product is discontinued or no replacement is available, Matco will issue a coupon for value of discontinued product at time of sale.

Products shipped in error

Matco will ship correct product upon notification by customer.
Matco pays shipping costs.
RGA required for return of products shipped in error.
If products shipped in error are not received by Matco within 2 weeks of notification, customer will be charged for value of products shipped.
