The Matco Tools Franchise System incorporates 70 hours of initial classroom training, tried and true processes and procedures to help run the business, MDBS business software that the franchisee uses to manage their business (inventory, sales, margin, communication with Matco, etc.), access to Matco online university for continuing education, District Managers available to assist franchisees in driving sales, district sales meetings that are not only but also learning experiences, and sales aids such as the monthly promotional flyers to help drive sales to the tool truck.
The Matco Tools truck is the heart of our distribution system - a mobile tool store, showroom, warehouse, and office all in one.
